| What
is the process of coaching?
The
process begins with a discussion with a certified
coach about your interest in coaching. If you
decide to partner with a coach to excel and overcome
your barriers to success you then contract with
the coach regarding your agenda. Once that is
done you will begin to live in powerful conversations
with your coach. You will develop practices or
actions to take between conversations with your
coach, which will be designed to shift your "way
of being" regarding your agenda. Clients
usually work with a coach for a minimum of 3 months
or 10 sessions. Talk to your coach about other
possibilities.
